To secure a booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least one week before the date of the event. Please note that a booking date cannot be reserved until the non-refundable deposit is paid and total guest numbers are confirmed. Once the final guest numbers are confirmed the cost of the booking cannot be reduced if guest numbers change before or on the day of the event.
